
Eric Rudland - Combine Director
Rudland is currently the Sporting Director and Head Coach of AFC Ann Arbor and helped the club qualify for the 2016 NPSL playoffs as well as reaching as high as No. 2 in the national power rankings. Rudland previously served as the General Manager and Head Coach of Lansing United, where he led them to a berth in the NPSL National Semi-Finals in 2014. Prior to working in the NPSL Rudland served as an Assistant Coach with the Michigan Bucks, Head Men’s Coach at Spring Arbor University & Staff Coach at Crewe Alexandra FC (England). During Rudland’s tenure he has helped his top players find professional work in North America, Sweden, Finland, England & New Zealand.

Gary Parsons - Assistant Director
Parsons is currently the Director of Coaching for the Michigan Bucks of the PDL. Parsons has led the Bucks to two PDL National Championships (2014 & 2016) and has finished 1st in the Great Lakes Division 6 of his 8 seasons with the Bucks. Along with success on the field Parsons has been instrumental in former Buck’s players regularly drafted in the MLS Draft, and many of his former players are currently employed as professional footballers with MLS, NASL & USL teams in North America. Prior to joining the Bucks Parsons led Oakland University's Men’s Soccer Team as the head coach for 28 years.

Boyzzz Khumalo - Talent Scout & Coach
Khumalo is currently a Player/Assistant Coach with AFC Ann Arbor and runs Umhlaba Vision Foundation-a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 in Soweto, South Africa. Through his foundation and professional network Khumalo has helped numerous players sign professional contracts both domestically and internationally. Prior to coaching, Khumalo experienced a successful professional career after his college days at Lindsey Wilson College & Coastal Carolina University. Khumalo was drafted in the 2005 MLS Superdraft by the Chicago Fire. His professional career saw stops at: Chicago Fire, Charleston Battery, Wilmington Hammerheads, Pittsburgh Riverhounds and DC United.
