The Midwest Pro Soccer Combine (MPSC) and Capelli Sport, the international sportswear and team wear brand, are entering the second year of their partnership as Capelli Sport remains the official apparel sponsor of the third annual combine. Through the partnership, each player and coach at the MPSC will be outfitted in Capelli Sport apparel for the two-day event, December 19th & 20th, which will exclusively feature new, FIFA approved Capelli Sport soccer balls.
In addition, through the international connections of the Capelli Sport network, representatives for professional clubs HB Køge (Denmark), MSV Duisburg (Germany), and Panachaiki FC (Greece) will be in attendance at the 2018 MPSC.
“In 2017 Capelli Sport truly enhanced the player experience at our event. Their partnership speaks volumes to their commitment to provide next level opportunities to players and pave the way for professional clubs to build their 2019 rosters.” Said MPSC Director, Eric Rudland.
Led by George Altirs, Capelli Sport was founded in 2011 by the GMA Group. They have quickly become an internationally recognized brand, known for their innovative sportswear and team wear and mission to provide quality, functionality and design for high-level performance on the field.
“Partnering with Midwest Pro Soccer Combine for a second year provides a great platform to showcase our gear in a professional, high-level training environment,” Capelli Sport president George Altirs said. “We are excited to outfit the athletes and coaches with training apparel that meets their level of play.”
Whether investing in a professional soccer club, sponsoring a stadium or giving back to the youth game, Capelli Sport has proven an unparalleled commitment to growing the game of soccer in North America.
“We are excited about the opportunities this partnership will provide for both Midwest Pro Combine and Capelli Sport,” Capelli Sport’s Technical Director Juan Santamaria said. “We are looking forward to the level of play that will be present at this year’s event.”
