Javier Soto is a left back who is extremely comfortable getting forward. Soto enjoys getting to the edge of the box and playing cut-backs in for charging attackers. He can drive forward into space to create, but also makes himself consistently available in pockets of space for teammates to find. He is equally adept and making deeper crosses while also on the move and able to accurately find teammates in the box. He has spent the past three years at McKendree University as a starter for the side.
