Griffin Mallas is a center back who is able to get forward well while also covering himself defensively. In attack, he plays a good long ball both diagonally and over the top. His passing range on the ground is good too, and he enjoys getting forward with the ball. Defensively, he enjoys stepping in and intercepting passes and can also get back and make a good tackle if his side loses possession. His size also makes him dangerous in the air both in attack and defense. He is wrapping up two graduate seasons at Drexel.
