Brandon Bartel is a defensive midfielder who is able to drop back and defend or help get forward with starting an attack. Bartel has a great passing range that allows him to spring a wing player or full back on the counter. He is also able to receive the ball from deeper in the pitch and carry it forward. Bartel is calm on the ball and puts good weight on his passes. He will graduate from Penn having started 47 games for the Quakers over the last three years.
